I played with ink and watercolors yesterday afternoon. It was so nice to sit in our sun filled dining room and make a bit of a mess on paper. Some of the birds I like more than others, I especially love the bird of paradise one. I'm going to send a few to my niece (she isn't actually my niece, but I consider her family) Audrey for her first birthday.
I'm hoping to fill all my hung twine with watercolor birds. Wouldn't that be fun? I think I can have it filled by the end of the month if I keep up with painting.
In other news, the blog recovery isn't going so well. I made a mistake in some of the information I sent to google, so have to start the investigation over again. They ask the most complicated questions and ask for "your best recollection", but my recollections were wrong. :( Needless to say, the more time passes, the more likely my blog will be deleted from their server so I'm very concerned.
I'm trying to take it all in stride and consider this a fresh start but losing all that content is pretty darn sad.
